(Retd.) who retired   from the Indian Navy after 33 years of service. An electronic and marine engineer, during the 33   years he had hand on experience in New Ship Construction, Training,   Projects and Commercial (as a Commercial Manager in a   shipyard). He has a Diploma in Computer Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Inst. And MA in Economics
  from Bombay University  obtained post-retirement from the Navy.
